Dawn is a top tier Age Group triathlete, long-time swim instructor, and USAT Level I Certified Triathlon Coach. She is on the board of the Ignite Endurance triathlon team.

DIFFERENTIATORS: She specializes in coaching women, newer triathletes, and athletes looking to improve running speed over longer distances. Mental fitness plays a huge role in training programs she develops.

Dawn has raced numerous triathlons, including two Ironmans and seven 70.3s; more than 40 road and trail races; open water swims and endurance cycling events.


  • 4th age group at Ironman Coeur d’Alene 2015 (108 degrees!)
  • 5th age group/20th overall female at Ironman Mont-Tremblant 2014, 10:37; Boston-qualifying run split (3:31)
  • Ironman 70.3 World Championships, USAT Age Group Nationals, & Boston Marathon Finisher
  • 1st female at Kinetic half 2015 and Rock Hall sprint 2014, 2nd female at Culpeper oly 2014
  • 1st female at 3 recent EX2 Backyard Burn trail races
  • Member of Bowdoin Rowing 2004-2007; two-time Dad Vail championship regatta competitor
  • Masters swim coach since 2014; private swim instructor 2002-2006
