How do Codeon coaches communicate with their clients?

We use Google Hangouts or Apple Facetime. We will also send emails and make phone calls.

What do you use for communicating the workouts?

Training Peaks. The software automatically delivers your daily workouts as an email.

Does Codeon work with beginner athletes?

Codeon’s services are designed for intermediate to advanced athletes. We are happy to recommend several different programs that cater to beginner athletes.

How will I know if I am getting faster?

Our plans include several time trial tests for swimming, biking, and running. You will be able to clearly see and quantify your improvements in power and speed.

How do I pay for services?

Codeon accepts Paypal, Google Wallet, conventional credit cards, and checks. An invoice will be submitted to the client every 4 weeks

Is there a minimum commitment?

We request a 3 month commitment from our clients

Can I still train with my friends or team?

Yes. Let your coach know the group workout details. The coach can then integrate specific training objectives into the workout

What is your coaching style?

Each Codeon coach has slightly different coaching styles and areas of expertise.

How many hours do I need to train per week?

That depends on several factors. If you have a job with unpredictable hours, then Codeon will try to be flexible with assigning workouts. We typically emphasize 3 or 4 critical workouts each week.

Do I need a gym membership?

A gym membership is recommended, but not required.

Do I need a power meter on my bike?

A power meter is recommended, but not required.
